A tree branch fell on my truck, causing significant damage, including a dented frame and a shattered rear window. Following my insurance company’s recommendation, I took my truck to the repair shop and dropped it off in March. During the repair process, communication was extremely limited. I called several times seeking updates but received very little information. Eventually, the repairs were completed, and I was able to pick up my truck. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the quality of the workmanship. The paint work was poorly done, and there was a strong musty odor inside the vehicle, apparently caused by water intrusion. I do want to acknowledge Jess and Ashley, who were both very helpful throughout the process. They listened to my concerns, and did their best to accommodate me. As a result of the issues I discovered, the truck had to be returned for additional repairs. After a second attempt, the condition of the vehicle improved; however, during my second attempt to pick up my truck, I discovered that the fuel filler cap assembly had been squeezed underneath the truck bed and was not properly positioned. They made the process of getting my vehicle repaired seamless. I was communicated with regularly with where they were at in the process. They made sure every part of my vehicle was clean as well. It looks like a brand new vehicle!

Had an accident with scaffolding falling on my car and needed the roof replaced. I had originally wanted to go to my dealership for repairs, but they could not get me in for 3 months. Someone referred me to Gerber and they were happy to get me in as soon as they could - way faster and WAY more pleasant to deal with. As soon as I called, Ashley was happy to help me with the estimated damage report and as soon as I dropped the car off, I was updated promptly about the status of repairs. They did warn me it would be about a month for repairs because of the large scale of work, but it was finished early. When I picked up my car, everyone I interacted with in the office was super friendly and helpful. The body work and paint job looked brand new and they even cleaned the inside of my car, which was a pleasant surprise. They really made the entire process painless! Would recommend!

Great customer service and job well done! Front bumper and quarter panel damaged from hitting a dear. Gerber coordinated the rental car pickup and drop off. Car was done one day in advance. Interior was cleaned, very nice surprise! Very friendly staff! Highly recommend!

I have them for collision repair twice. First time the experience was great. They give me a car wise link for the progress of the repair. And the work is great. 2nd time, that's no communication what so ever. They have the vehicle 2 week, I never receive a single communication from them. I have to call them to get a status of the progress. I even ask them last week, do I ever going to get an update this week, the person answer the phone say will give me an update on Tuesday, but nothing. They finish it early, other than call me the vehicle ready to pickup that's absolutely no communication. Next time I will take my business elsewhere. After the 1st experience I thought I found a great collision repair shop, but on the 2nd they just telling me stay away from them. Deducted a star just for lies about someone reached out. I don't get a message email or voice mail indicate any1 try to contact me from the company.
